In this month’s Coachella, PMAA teamed up with the Senior Executives Association for an honest conversation about the pros and cons of joining the Senior Executive Service (SES) or becoming a Senior Leader (SL).
We're kicking off 2021 with a joint Senior Executives Association and PMAA event! January's session will be an interactive panel discussion about federal career leadership and the road to the Senior Executive Service. A panel of federal leaders will explore their personal career journeys and offer insights about job progression within the government and considerations on pursuing the SES.
